1. OIL jumped 4% on rising tensions in the Middle East….Our ASX listed OIL and GAS stocks are cheap: my picks are STO, WDS, BPT, KAR and FUEL.

2. ABS just reported the total value of all Australian residential property hit $11.4 trillion…That’s over 4 times our GDP; little wonder CBA is our largest company….The mega capital we have tied up in property can’t be a good thing…. Imagine the chaos if property prices corrected 20%!
