1. Stocks on Wall Street sold off yet again, but SILVER managed to reclaim $US50 handle.

2. Indonesia is introducing a GOLD export tax of 15%….It’s a policy designed to keep GOLD in the country as it generally get’s devoured by China – I like the move. We should do the same.
