1. Morgan Stanley has estimated that more than half of Russian OIL refining capacity is down…The attacks from inside Ukraine don’t look like stopping either…Add the war in the Middle East and I’m starting to wonder how we don’t get a major diesel crisis.

2. Any day now, we are supposed to get info from the Trump administration on floor prices for critical minerals…No statement has been made about abandoning the plan of tackling Chinese supremacy, so I think it is still happening.
