1. Abdul Albo is pumping up immigration numbers again….I wonder if the banks have had a word to him as they need rental vacancies close to zero to keep rents going up and property prices sky high or else big trouble hits the economy. I still have an AVOID on banks despite this reprieve.

2. Back in 2023, LITHIUM giant Albemarle tried to takeover LionTown (LTR) for $3.00 per share….The deal ultimately fell over when Gina Rinehart stepped in and bought 19.9% stake in the company @ around $3.00…..LTR is a globally significant miner of LITHIUM now trading around the good morning lucky price of $0.85
